Sticky Branding Updates
Two ideas collided for me this week. First, Arment Dietrich, who is helping me launch Sticky Branding (the book), suggested I create a marketing campaign based on the "The 12 Days of Christmas." The idea was to present a seasonal graphic and a lesson from the book every day for the 12 days of Christmas.
Being a bit overwhelmed with the book launch, the idea eluded me. It sounded good, but I couldn't figure out how to execute it with my busy schedule.
Then Charles Franklin posted a lovely review of my book on Small Biz Trends. One of his comments hit me over the head, "Sticky Branding definitely seeks to be a sticky brand with its meme-friendly content."
(If you're not familiar with the term "meme," it is an image, video, or piece of text that is spread rapidly by Internet users. All those quote images you see in your Facebook feed are memes.)
I'm taking Charles comment to the next level. The book has 12.5 Principles, Arment Dietrich recommends 12 lessons, and Christmas is around the corner. Why not?Without further adieu, here are 12 quotes of Sticky Branding that have resonated with the Launch Team.
Please tweet and share the quotes with all your Christmas Cheer :)
